1.  How much deposit do we need to pay?
    A:  Upon signing a Contract for Sale to purchase a property, you will be required to pay 0.25% of the sale price.

2.  Do we need a Solicitor or Conveyancer?
     A:   Yes, it is your choice to use either of these Professionials.

3.  How long is settlement?
     A:  This all depends what is stated in the Contract for Sale, but normally 4 - 6 weeks.
